生产力增长

尽管雇主成本将增加,新加坡人力部一系列提高雇用外籍员工门槛的措施是必要的。长期,没有提高生产力的话,新加坡不能再享有经济增长。所以,雇主应该将充分利用相关津贴或奖励,以提国人的高生产力。 人力部调高外籍劳工税后所多收回的税数也应该用来提高低收入国人的底薪。人力部应该重视自动化以提高生产力。如果增税没有用,就该安置外籍员工限额。 引进机器会可以也必要淘汰外籍员工。雇主必须在提高生产力的同时,要不断培训我国员工,让员工感觉受重视,才会更卖力,生产力自然而然也会提高。 再者,人力部不该为了满足雇主降低成本的欲望而降低员工底薪或引进外籍员工。政府应平衡雇主与员工两者的利益.也许,工资增长才能逼迫雇主增长生产力。     小凤仙
