（2012-04-02） 早报导读 [中国早点] 中国经济急遽降速的风险 [朝鲜问题] 李因才:平壤为何遽然变脸？ [香港政情] 港人抗议中联办介入特首选举 [中国政情] 余永定：中国减速的纠结 梁实轩 最近，卫生科学局公开了对进口医疗器械的500元的费用。无论医疗器械的价值多少，都一律收费500元。不管10元或1万元的器械，进口费用都是500元。 对于规模较小的公司，这条新条例必然会增加做生意的成本。最终，费用的增长，肯定也会直接影响消费者。这也可能打击医疗业的增长并阻碍创业。小型公司也可能倒闭。 据我所知没有其他亚细安国家有这样的规定。卫生科学局每年会从这项新规定中收到多少的费用呢？ 最后，为什么转口的器械也必须付费？转口的器械根本及没有进入本地市场，没有影响到本地经济或相关业者，按理不需受任何控制。
