Dear Singaporeans
9 Wishes for 2023!
1) That the land costs charged to HDB BTO flats will gradually be reduced
2) That PRs will no longer be allowed to buy HDB flats
3) That the difference between the returns derived from investing our CPF and the interest paid to us will gradually be reduced
4) That a minimum wage of $1,760, or $10 an hour be implementated
5) That patients be allowed to choose Class C or B2, even if they are not referred by a polyclinic or CHAS clinic, and also that they be allowed to downgrade to a lower class
6) That the spending on non-S’poreans students in our public educational institutions be reduced, so that more may be spent on S’poreans
7) That the percentage of non-Singaporean students in our public educational institutions. be gradually reduced
That formula for the NIRC be changed to “historical annualised returns”, instead “expected returns”, so that more may be available in the Budget
9) That there be no more issuance of new S-Passes
