“As per the Department’s usual practice, resident and non-resident quarterly employment change figures will not be released for
the Labour Market Advance Release. These figures will be published in the Labour Market Report 2022, to be released in midMarch 2023”
In respect of the above note in the “Labour Market Advance Release” – why is it that the “Report: Labour Market Third Quarter 2022”, did give a breakdown of the 3rd quarter jobs growth into resident and non-residents (foreigners)?
Another example is the Labour Market Advance Release 2019, which also gave the breakdown for resident and non-resident jobs growth – usual or unusual practice?

Similarly, the Labour Market Advance Release 2017, also gave the breakdown?

The non-resident (excluding MDW) (foreign) workforce grew from 954,100 in Dec 2021, to what figure in Dec 2022?
(non-resident workforce is shown as n.a. in the Employment Change and Level by Industry and Residential Status Released on: 31 January 2023?)
In this connection, in the light of the “clue” in the “Report: Labour Market Third Quarter 2022” – an estimated less than 1 in 10 jobs growth, may have gone to Singaporeans?
https://www.theonlinecitizen.com/……/less-than-1……/
Now that the full year’s (2022) employment growth is published today (31 Jan 2023) – is it still less than 1 in 10 Jobs Growth (est.) to Singaporeans?
55.6% (est.) non-native S’poreans in Workforce?
Dec 2022
