More than half found jobs?

It states that “A 15-month programme that aimed to help women enter or rejoin the workforce saw more than half the participants placed in jobs.

75% worked at lease 3 months?

Nearly three quarters of 155 women stayed in their jobs for at least three months, Mendaki’s subsidiary training arm, Social Enterprise Network Singapore (Sense), said on Wednesday.

The programme, called Project Step Out, catered to women above the age of 21 who had been unemployed for more than six months and wanted to find work.

Only 53% job placement rate?

From October 2012 to December 2013, it raised Sense’s job placement rate for back-to-work women to 53 per cent, up from around a third.”

– Does more than half mean that only 53 per cent managed to find jobs after completing the programme?

Only 39% success rate?

Since three quarters managed to stay in the job for 3 months, does it mean that only about 39 per cent managed to find and still have a job after 3 months?

Any drop-outs?

Did any of them drop out before completing the 15 months 148 hours training programme?

If there were drop-outs – the success rate of the programme may be less than 30 plus per cent.

What remains to be seen is what will be the success rate after one year, instead of just measuring those who were still working after 3 months?

Pay?

Why is there nn mention as to what is the median basic and gross pay of these women?
