2.                  I GIVE all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate not hereby or by any codicil hereto specifically disposed, to my trustees Upon Trust to sell call in and convert the same into money with power at their discretion to postpone sale calling in and conversion thereof so long as my trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss.
 
3.                  My trustees shall out of the monies to arise from the sale calling in and conversion of or forming part of my estate pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and all estate duty payable in respect of my estate and subject thereto my trustees and shall hold the net proceeds of the sale and conversion and my ready money and all parts of my estate for the time being unsold upon trust as follows :-
