新加坡用铁丝网分隔外籍劳工居住地 划分贫富区 2012年12月12日 16:19 来源：凤凰卫视 分享到： 更多 1人参与 1条评论 在世界各地，不论发达还是发展中国家，不论是民主、还是专制地区，阶级观念始终是人类社会的潜规则。新加坡的外劳人数超过百万，居所短缺使得集体宿舍甚至要建到私人豪宅区附近，由于遭到本地人的抗议，政府不得以要花费过千万修路、建围墙，将两个阶层分隔开来。多年来，有部分新加坡人并不认同这种做法。 新加坡金融专才与资深媒体人梁实轩：“这条是新加坡最少人用的一条路。” 新加坡东部郊外豪宅区，这条专门修给外籍劳工专用的道路是数年前政府要在这里安置外劳居所时，为了安抚附近居民的抗议而修建的。不少人害怕外劳宿舍会拖累楼价，因此整个宿舍区域，最后都被铁皮和铁丝网墙包围起来。而被定性为“非法罢工的”中国巴士司机也有部分住在这里。 新加坡金融专才与资深媒体人梁实轩：“现在回家晚了，人影都不见一个，工人全部搬到这些地方，铁丝网全隔开。” 记者：你认为不需要这样是吗？ 梁实轩：“不需要，而我的意见是不应该这样。” 原本这几栋建筑也是外籍劳工的宿舍，在几年前改为小朋友上兴趣班的学校，也被铁皮墙隔绝起来。 梁先生从父辈开始就住在这一代，他说自己很庆幸自己的孩子长大之前，这里还没有围墙。 梁先生：“这里是学校来的，读书的地方应该是教人应该做什么不应该做什么，如果读书的时候老师跟你说有钱人和穷人是应该这样隔开的，你说有没有道理呢?” 中国籍巴士司机罢工事件，因为触犯当地法律，让遵纪守法的新加坡人相当震惊，不过与此同时也唤起不少人对活在这个社会最底层的劳动工人生存状况和人权的关注。 凤凰卫视 罗羽鸣、李庭深、新加坡报道 http://news.ifeng.com/world/detail_2012_12/12/20083505_0.shtml
