Why are the labour statistics non-transparent?

I refer to the article “Unemployment, retrenchments up slightly in Q2 2018: Manpower Ministry” (Straits Times, Jul 27).

It states that “Overall, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate went up to 2.1 per cent, from 2 per cent in the last quarter from April to June.

For Singaporeans, the rate went up to 3.1 per cent, from 3 per cent.”

As to “Total employment, excluding foreign domestic workers, expanded by 7,100 – a larger increase than the growth of 400 recorded in the first quarter. This was due to improvements in the employment situation of the construction and manufacturing sectors, said MOM” – why is there no breakdown as to how much of the 7,400 employment growth in the first half of the year, went to Singaporeans, permanent residents  (PRs) and foreigners?

With regard to “In June 2018, an estimated 69,500 residents were unemployed, higher than
the 64,800 in March 2018. It rose for citizens (from 57,600 to 60,600)” – if we account for the average of 20,000 new citizens and 30,000 new PRs granted per year – what is the unemployment rate of true-blue Singaporeans?

Since the total workforce has increased to 3,680,200 – why is there still no breakdown into Singaporeans, PRs and foreigners?

Is the percentage of non-Singaporean workers still about 47 per cent, excluding new citizens?
