Carryballs News Always HDB commentary is pure propaganda lah!

I refer to the article “Commentary: Windfalls and bailouts should not be an expected part of the public housing equation” (Channel NewsAsia, Aug 26).

It states that “While the Prime Minister has assured Singaporeans that once the lease runs out, the Government “will help you to get another flat to live in”, he also said “whichever option you choose, you will have to pay for the lease”.

My friends said “This Carryballs News Always HDB commentary is so obvious one – pure propaganda lah!

Never say the obvious – never ask the obvious questions –  that everyone asking lah!

This type of cheng hu – talking nonsense – help you when lease end lah! But, pay how much – never tell you! For how long more – also never tell you lah!

“Mr Lee explained it is only fair “because you bought the original flat knowing when the lease would run out, and knowing that the flat would then have to be returned to HDB”” – ‘only fair’ my foot lah! – Years of buy lah buy lah ‘asset enhancement’ – now say you know when you buy that will become worthless and wipe out all your CPF used hor!

If Minister didn’t drop bombshell last year say HDB will drop in value until 0 – everybody kenna suckerd by ‘asset enhancement’ lah!

‘However, in spite of this, there was clearly a belief in some quarters that the state would feel a duty to provide some form of compensation before, or at the end, of 99 years, whether through SERS or some other scheme” – aiyah, the duty of every cheng hu is to provide cheap public housing – only our cheng hu sell the most expensive one in the world lah!

‘Recent statements and discussions on this issue have hopefully driven home the message that we shouldn’t expect the Government to entirely bail us out of the housing decisions we made for ourselves’ aiyah, cheng hu get windfall make tons of money on HDB – now say sinkies have only themselves to blame hor – you made housing decisions yourselves hor!

“While most of our HDB flats have gone up in price compared to when we first bought them, public housing is clearly is not an asset that will invariably grow in value no matter the conditions” – aiyah, why don’t you ask this question to all the Ministers who keep crying ‘asset enhancement’ can?

“In determining the merits of current and future schemes, individuals need to step back and look at their flat as not just an asset, but a home” – aiyah, then cheng hu no need ‘to step back’ and say sorry lah – bluff you so many years ‘asset enhancement’ meh?

This is very serious hor! No home, all CPF used will vanish into thin air? Any other not 151st media will speak out for the people one!

“In this equation, windfalls and bailouts should not and cannot be seen as a given’ – aiyah, windfalls to cheng hu – the people bailout the cheng hu – this type of rubbish commentary – see already can puit one! Carryballs News Always!

Uniquely Singapore!”
