… increased fuel duties

… announced increase in GST

… criteria for Covid-19 Recovery Grant (known previously (equivalent) as Covid-19 Support Grant) made more stringent, from at least three consecutive months, with an average overall loss of (income) at least 50%, instead of from the previous 30%, to get up to $500 per month for three months
