What is the breakdown of the 300,000 into S’poreans & PRs?
How many PRs do not serve national service when they reach 18 years old, & leave S’pore?
I understand that S’poreans who do not serve NS are charged and jailed when they return, whereas PRs can still return to S’pore on a visit pass, but are not allowed to work or stay as residents
