Most employers ready for Re-employment Act: minister

Another panellist, Leong Sze Hian, past president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, has a problem with the big pay cut for re-employed mature workers. He said that many still have financial obligations to meet.

And what happens to workers who are converted to contract workers before they hit 62, Mr Leong asked. Are they protected by the Re-employment Act?
